About The Artist

Jessica Hain is a silversmith who lives in Woodstock, Georgia. Growing up in Roswell, Georgia, she participated in band and orchestra as drum major and as principal French Horn at her high school as well as playing the piano, guitar and other instruments for pleasure.  It was natural for her to enter college with the idea of majoring in music. However, her focus quickly shifted to the visual arts. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a concentration in Photography and Printmaking.

During and after college, Jessica pursued her photography with freelance commissions, while working in the retail camera industry.  In 2011, Jessica decided to expand her understanding for finance and managed a successful financial career at one of the top five banks in the U.S. Although she took a detour from her career in art, she never stopped creating. To expand her art, she explored various paint mediums on the evenings and weekends. In 2017, Jessica decided to dedicate her energies into focusing on her art career.

During this time, Jessica had the opportunity to participate in several silversmithing classes. After only a few weeks, Jessica fell in love with this new art form and decided to shift her focus to developing her art through jewelry.  Jessica works in her studio designing and creating handmade sterling silver jewelry, featuring natural gemstones, where she is kept company by her loyal companion and guard dog, Olivia.
